In February 2008, BrightPath Capital partnered with Marquette Capital Partners and 4th Floor Investment Group to acquire Consolidated Distribution Corporation ("CDC"), a leading Midwestern foodservice redistribution company based in Lemont, Illinois.

CDC focuses primarily on serving the unique redistribution needs of large quick serve restaurant and casual dining restaurant chains. The company's primary product categories include dry food products, packaging materials, frozen food, and janitorial supplies. The company buys from approximately 140 different manufacturers and carries over 1,100 different SKU's.
